1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to Tower Stack (package name com.gamezomo.towerstack), an Android arcade game published under the Gamezomo brand. It explains the information stored by the game and information that may be processed by services used to provide rewarded advertisements.
By using Tower Stack, you can play the core game without creating a user account or submitting your name to the game.
2. Information and data
Local game information. Tower Stack stores gameplay preferences and high-score information on your device using local app storage. This local gameplay information is not intended to be uploaded to Gamezomo servers in the currently described version.
Advertising and technical information. Tower Stack integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google may automatically collect or receive information including:
- IP address, which can be used to estimate general location;
- App interactions, such as launches, taps and ad views;
- Device and app diagnostics, including performance and stability information;
- Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID where available and permitted.

3. Rewarded advertising
Tower Stack offers optional rewarded video ads. Following an unsuccessful game attempt, you may choose to watch an available rewarded ad to continue playing, or restart without watching an ad. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Ads are provided through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and where permitted, personalization. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for additional details.
Where required by applicable law, consent or privacy choices must be presented before requesting relevant ads. You may also adjust advertising ID settings through your Android device settings.
4. How information is used
Local gameplay information is used to remember preferences and personal best scores. Information processed by AdMob may be used to serve and measure ads, diagnose problems, protect against fraud and abuse, and maintain advertising services. We do not sell game high-score records to advertisers.
5. Storage, retention and deletion
Locally stored Tower Stack progress and preferences generally remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Clearing storage or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local high scores.
Information collected by Google through AdMob is handled under Google's applicable retention and deletion practices. 6. Your choices
- You can restart a round rather than choosing an optional rewarded ad.
- You can clear Tower Stack's app data through Android settings, which can erase local records.
- You can manage or reset your Android advertising ID using device settings where supported.
- Where a consent or privacy-options interface is provided, use it to manage applicable advertising preferences.
7. Children's privacy
Tower Stack does not require children or adults to provide a name, email address or account to play. Advertising services may process device or technical information as described above. The game should only be offered to age groups and with advertising settings appropriate to its declared target audience in Google Play Console. Parents and guardians with questions may contact the developer.
8. Security and third parties
Gamezomo aims to minimize information handled directly by the game. Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No online transmission or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party services maintain their own data practices and policies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Tower Stack gains new features, integrations or data practices, or when legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when the policy changes materially.
